CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.580 of 2019
ORDER:
1. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, who has fairly conceded that the revision petitioner could not comply the order dated 20.04.2021 of this Court, for depositing the amount of Rs.1,25,000/- within four weeks from the date of said order. Apart from that, it is also submitted that the revision petitioner, who is the judgment- debtor, has paid the entire amount as per the decree.
2. While recording the above submissions, this revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
