CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.722 of 2021
ORDER:
1. Petitioner called absent. Notice of respondent not returned.
2. This civil revision petition is filed seeking to direct the Court below to dispose of I.A.No.626 of 2015 in A.S.No.4 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.
3. The revision petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 87 years suffering with all old-age ailments. The original suit was filed in the year 2007 and it was disposed of in the year 2014. Aggrieved by the said judgment and decree, the present appeal in A.S.No.4 of 2015 is filed about Six years back. Though there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, considering the prayer in this revision petition, age and ailments of the petitioner, I deem it fit to grant the relief sought for in this revision petition.
4. In the result, this revision petition is allowed directing the learned Senior Civil Judge at Sathupalli to dispose of A.S.No.4 of 2015 itself as expeditiously as possible, in any case not beyond Six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both the parties to the Appeal Suit shall co-operate for its expeditious disposal as directed. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
