JUDGMENT:     (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)



      Learned counsel for the appellant has stated before this

court that the present writ appeal has become infructuous.                            He

has also stated that a liberty be granted to mention the matter

before the learned Single Judge for early disposal.

      With the aforesaid liberty, the writ appeal stands disposed of

as infructuous.

      Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
