ORDER:
1. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the respondents are not providing police protection to the petitioner for implementation of judgment and decree dated 15.6.2017 passed by learned Junior Civil Judge, Bhainsa in O.S.No.22 of 2017.
2. Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents contended that in the counter-affidavit it is specifically stated that police protection is provided to the petitioner.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the grievance of the petitioner has already been resolved as the respondents-Police are providing police protection to the petitioner.
4. With the above observation, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
