                            W.P.No.18760 of 2019

ORDER:

1. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not providing police protection to him even though there is judgment and decree dated 11.8.2017 passed by learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Huzurabad in O.S.No.267 of 2011 in his favour and this Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 28.8.2019 directing the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner for implementation of the aforesaid judgment and decree.

2. Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents has not disputed the said facts.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that in view of the aforesaid interim order passed by this Court, no further orders need to be passed in this writ petition. However, interim order dated 28.8.2019 is made absolute.

4. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
