     WRIT PETITION Nos.20094, 20126 & 20753 of 2020

COMMON ORDER :
       These writ petitions are filed seeking to declare the

action of respondent-authorities in not extending the benefit

of Rule of Reservation to the employees belonging to the

Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes hailing from the State

of Andhra Pradesh, as illegal and arbitrary.


2.     Heard both sides.


3.     It is represented by both sides that the subject matter

involved in these writ petitions is squarely covered by a

Division Bench judgment of this Court in W.P.No.4288 of

2021, dated 20.07.2021.


4.     In view of the above, for the reasons recorded in the

aforesaid order, these writ petitions are allowed and the

respondents are directed to consider the cases of petitioners

for promotion with all consequential benefits, within four

weeks from today.

5.    However, it is made clear that the costs of Rs.50,000/-

imposed in the order dated 20.07.2021 in W.P.No.4288 of

2021, are not imposed in these writ petitions.


6.    Accordingly, these writ petitions are allowed. No order

as to costs.


      Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed.
