JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.    The appellants are aggrieved by an interim order dated 05.08.2021

passed by the learned Single Judge on the stay applications moved in

W.P.No.18273 of 2021 filed by them on which the learned Single Judge has

directed that any decision taken by the respondents shall be subject to the

outcome of the writ petition.

2. In our opinion, the present appeal as filed is not even maintainable. We have enquired from learned counsel for the appellants as to whether pleadings are complete in the writ petition.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the appellants seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal while reserving the right of his clients to approach the learned Single Judge with a fresh application after pleadings are complete in the writ petition.

4. Leave, as prayed for, is granted and the present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
