Heard learned counsel for petitioner Sri D Ramakrishna and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
2. This writ petition is filed seeking following directions:
........... to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 to 6 in not issuing Pattadar pass Book to the petitioner in respect of land Admeasuring Ac 0 6gts in Sy. No. 71 Ac 0.8 gts in Sy No. 72 Ac.0. 3 gts in Sy No 84/A and Ac. 0.18gts in Sy No. 83 Totaling Ac. 0.35gts situated at Desaipet sivar Warangal Mandal Urban Warangal District Urban even after submission of application under Dharani Portal pursuant to the Judgment in W P No 17171/2019 as illegal arbitrary unjust contrary to rules contrary to law and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents3 to 6 to issue Pattadar pass Book to the petitioner in respect of land land Admeasuring Ac 0.6 gts in Sy No. 71 Ac. 0.8.gts in Sy No. 72, Ac. 0.3 gts in Sy No. 84/A and Ac. 0.18 gts in Sy No. 83 Totalling Ac. 0.35 gts situated at Desaipet sivar Warangal Mandal Urban Warangal District Urban immediately in the interest of justice to............"

According to petitioner, his father purchased agricultural land admeasuring Ac.0.08 guntas in Survey No. 72 and Ac.0.06 guntas in Survey No. 71, Desaipet sivar, Warangal in his name on 8.6.1967 and 20.2.1969. Father of petitioner died on 17.5.2000 and there after petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the said extent of land and cultivating the same. Petitioner submitted application to grant pattadar pass book on 19.9.2020. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed.
4. In proof of submission of application and receipt of acknowledgement, petitioner filed Ex.P-6 to Ex.P-11 i.e., copies of eChallans, copies of Transaction Summaries and copy of Dharani Grievance Receipt.
5. In view thereof, without expression of any opinion on merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of, directing the 6th respondent- Tahsildar to consider the application of the petitioner for grant of pattadar pass book on the above extent of land and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
