ORDER :
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in rejecting the claim of petitioner for compassionate appointment, as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Heard both sides.
3. When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the Division Bench judgment of this Court, dated 20.06.2013, in W.P.No.16242 of 2013.
4. In view of the same, for the reasons recorded in the order dated 20.06.2013 in W.P.No.16242 of 2013, this writ petition is allowed and the respondents are directed to give compassionate appointment to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
