JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.     Learned counsel for the appellants states that instead of

pressing the present appeal, he may be granted liberty to withdraw the

same, while reserving the right of the appellants (respondents No.4

and 5 in W.P.No.9634 of 2020) to approach the learned Single Judge by moving an application for seeking permission to conduct admissions for the first year students which are going on and are likely to continue till September, 2021.

2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
