COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. I.A.No.5 of 2021 has been filed by the respondent/wife praying
inter alia for permission to withdraw a sum of Rs.4,25,000/- deposited by the appellant/husband in the Registry.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent/wife accepts notice and states that he has no objection to the application being allowed. He further states that in view of the fact that the respondent/wife had already got re-married, pursuant to the passing of the impugned judgment dated 18.11.2019, the appellant/husband does not wish to press the present appeal any further.
3. Accordingly, I.A.No.5 of 2021 is allowed. A sum of Rs.4,25,000/- is permitted to be released in favour of the respondent/wife. The present appeal also stands disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
