ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleaders.
2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is allowed setting aside the proceedings dated 29.04.2021 and directed the 4th respondent - the Commissioner of Police, Lakdikapool, Hyderabad to reconsider the case of the petitioner in its entirety, particularly, in the light of the judgments of the Division Bench in W.P.Nol.16242 of 2013 and W.P.No.41931 of 2020 and pass reasoned orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
