CRIMINAL PETITION NO.4781 OF 2021
ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to release him on bail in connection with S.C.P.C.S.No.137 of 2021 on the file of the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad (Crime No.49 of 2021 of P.S. Tukaramgate, Secunderabad).
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.
Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that since the trial Court has already convicted the petitioner/accused vide judgment and order dated 03.08.2021, the cause in the present Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication and it has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
