JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. The present appeal is directed against an order dated 08.03.2019
passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing W.P.No.1535 of 2019
filed by the appellant granting him liberty to work out his remedies
under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2. After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for
the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal while
reserving the right of his client to seek appropriate legal recourse
against the respondent No.5 as provided for under the Code of
Criminal Procedure.
3. Leave, as prayed for, is granted and the present appeal is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
