JUDGMENT:
Sri P. Venkat Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant- Defendant, had addressed a letter dated 19.07.2021 to the Registry seeking withdrawal of the appeal.
In view of the letter, dated 19.07.2021, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
Registry is directed to transmit the original record to the lower Court, as expeditiously as possible. In case, the petitioner wants return of any original document, which is marked on his behalf, he shall file an appropriate application before the Court below, which shall be considered and necessary orders be passed, in accordance with law.
Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
