JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. Appellant/husband and respondent/wife along with their
counsel are present before this court.
2. Learned counsel for the parties state on instructions that during the pendency of the present appeal, the parties have approached the learned Family Court for seeking divorce by mutual consent and therefore, the appellant does not wish to press the present appeal on merits.
3. In view of the submission made hereinabove, the present appeal is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any, with liberty granted to the parties to approach the learned Family Court for filing a petition for divorce by mutual consent along with the terms and conditions of compromise arrived at between them.
