I.A.No.1 of 2020 filed for seeking condonation of delay of 103 days in filing the appeal was listed on 29.07.2021, when none had appeared for the appellant. As a result, it was directed to be listed today for dismissal. Same is the position today. None is present on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the present appeal.
2. The interlocutory application and the present appeal are accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution along with the pending applications, if any.
