JUDGMENT:
(Per Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) Heard the learned counsel for the appellants.
2. The appellants are aggrieved by the non-extension of the interim order of status quo granted on 21.08.2020 in I.A.No.208 of 2020 in O.S.No.49 of 2020 on the file of the XIX Additional Senior Civil judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.
3. Since even according to the appellants, counter has been filed by the respondent and the matter has already been heard, we direct the XIX Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad to decide I.A.No.208 of 2020 in O.S.No.49 of 2020 on his file before 07.09.2021.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
5. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this CMA shall stand dismissed.
6. Registry to communicate this order to the Court below immediately.
