Ramachandra Rao) Learned counsel for the appellant filed letter dt.04-08-2021 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Telangana, Hyderabad seeking to withdraw this Appeal since an application was made to the Central Board of Direct Taxes under the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020 and Form-3 was issued by the Designated Authority approving the application made by the Assessee.
Recording the same, this Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to revive the Appeal in the event there is no satisfactory resolution of the grievance of the appellant under the said Scheme. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Appeal shall stand closed.
