JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. Mr. Ch. Janardhan Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants
states that in view of the order dated 30.07.2021 passed by this court
in the connected W.A.No.313 of 2021, he does not wish to press the
present appeal and he seeks leave to withdraw the same while
reserving the right of his clients to invoke appropriate civil remedies
against the respondents No.1 and 2.
2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
