JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

Learned counsel for the appellant has addressed a letter dated 31.07.2021 to the Registrar (Judicial) stating inter alia that the parties had entered into a compromise with the intervention of their elders and well-wishers and had agreed to file a joint application for divorce by mutual consent and therefore, the appellant does not wish to press the present appeal.
2. The present appeal is accordingly disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
