AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR ITTA.No.492 of 2011 JUDGMENT: (Per Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) Counsel for the appellant has addressed a letter dt.22.04.2021 to the Registrar(Judicial), High court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, seeking permission to withdraw the Appeal on the ground that an application has been made to the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) by the appellant under the Direct Tax Vivaad Se Vishwas Act, 2020.
2. Having regard to the said submission, this Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to seek restoration of the appeal in the event there is no satisfactory resolution under the said Act. No order as to costs.
3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
