AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR ITTA.No.445 of 2018 JUDGMENT: (Per Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) Counsel for the appellant has filed a Memo dt.26.04.2021 seeking permission to withdraw the Appeal on the ground that the Designated Authority has passed order dt.07.01.2021 in Form-3 under Vivaad Se Vishwas Act, 2020.
2. In view of the same, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to seek restoration of the appeal in the event there is no satisfactory resolution under the said Act. No order as to costs.
3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
