JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. Learned counsel for the parties state in unison that during the
pendency of the present appeal, both the parties had arrived at a
compromise and had filed a petition for obtaining divorce by mutual
consent, which will be granted very soon. They request that the
present appeal may be closed in view of the fact that both the parties
have arrived at a settlement.
2. Letter dated 23.04.2021 addressed by learned counsel for the
appellant is taken on record.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent supports the submission
made by learned counsel for the appellant.
