JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. I.A.No.2 of 2021 has been moved jointly by the parties stating
inter alia that during the pendency of the appeal, they have arrived at
a settlement as recorded in the Memorandum of Compromise dated
25.03.2021 whereunder, the parties have agreed to seek divorce by
mutual consent and the appellant/husband has agreed to pay a sum of
Rs.10 lakhs to the respondent/wife in full and final settlement after a
decree of divorce is granted in their favour. The other terms and conditions of the compromise have also been recorded in the compromise deed. Learned counsel for the respondent confirms that the parties have arrived at a settlement as recorded in the Memorandum of Compromise.
2. In view of the fact both the parties have entered into a compromise out of their own freewill and volition and without any undue influence or coercion from any quarter, the same is taken on record. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the compromise. The parties shall file a joint application for divorce by mutual consent by approaching the learned Family Court in that regard.

3. The present appeal and the interlocutory applications are disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
