JUDGMENT:
The docket order, dated 17.03.2021, passed by the learned XVI Additional District Judge, Malkajgiri in A.R.B.O.P.No.5 of 2020 is challenged before this Court.
Heard learned counsel for the appellant. By the order under Appeal, A.R.B.O.P.No.5 of 2020 was adjourned, as such, against the said order, the Appeal itself would not be maintainable. It may be noted that there is no refusal to pass any order by the Court below.
In those circumstances, the Appeal is disposed of with the direction to the Court below to accept the advancement petition filed by the appellant, consider the same and pass appropriate orders including the interim orders on merits, forthwith.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
