Learned counsel for the appellant states that nothing survives for adjudication in the present appeal, as the parties had arrived at a onetime settlement about six years ago and they have also been granted divorce by mutual consent.

2. In view of the joint statement made hereinabove, the present appeal is disposed of as infructuous along with the pending applications, if any.
