JUDGMENT:
Learned counsel for the appellants addressed a letter dated 20.04.2021 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court requesting to post this Second Appeal under Withdrawal caption.
When the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the appellants submits that he has instructions to withdraw the Second Appeal and therefore prays the Court to permit him to withdraw the Second Appeal.
Permission to withdraw is accorded.
Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand dismissed.
