Learned counsel for the petitioners states that she may permitted to withdraw the present petition as the same has been rendered infructuous in the light of the subsequent events namely, on the judgment dated 16.09.2019 being rendered in W.P.Nos.79 of 2019 and 86 of 2019 wherein, the issue raised here has been decided, which decision has been challenged by the State by approaching the Supreme Court and the SLP filed by the State, is pending adjudication. Learned counsel states that after a decision is taken by the Supreme Court, if any cause survives in favour of the petitioners, they reserve their right to seek appropriate relief.

2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present petition is closed along with the pending applications, if any.
