CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 7518 of 2017
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order dated 06.10.2017 dismissing I.A.No.823 of 2017 in O.S.No.62 of 2016 on the file of I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Secunderabad.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of ACJ Courts, Secunderabad, the said suit itself came to be dismissed as withdrawn by the Court below vide judgment dated 17.12.2019.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be heard on merits.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
