CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 643 of 2018
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order dated 14.12.2017 dismissing I.A.No.283 of 2017 in O.S.No.519 of 2011 on the file of XXVI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, the said suit itself came to be dismissed for default by the Court below, vide judgment dated 06.04.2018.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. ` Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be heard on merits.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
