JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)


1.    Mr. M.Srikanth, learned counsel for the appellant states that the

present appeal does not survive for adjudication for the reason that

W.P.No.10522 of 2019 itself has been rendered infructuous as it is a

landlord-tenant dispute and the appellant, who was a tenant of the

subject premises is no longer in occupation thereof and the said

property has been reconstructed.

2.    In view of the above submission, the present appeal is disposed

of as infructuous along with the pending applications, if any.

3.    Registry is directed to list W.P.No.10522 of 2019 before the

roster Bench on 04.06.2021 for appropriate orders in the light of the

submission made by learned counsel for the appellant. Both parties

shall appear before the learned Single Judge on the said date.

4.    As none is present on behalf of the respondent No.1/writ

petitioner, learned counsel for the appellant shall inform him of the next date of hearing before the learned Single Judge.
