CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 5368 of 2017
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order dated 14.09.2017 dismissing I.A.No.434 of 2017 in O.S.No.192 of 2009 on the file of Special Judge for Trial of Offences under S.Cs. and S.Ts. (POA) Act-cum-VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of MSJ Courts, Secunderabad, the said suit itself came to be decreed by the Court below vide judgment dated 18.01.2018.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be heard on merits.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
