CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 7501 of 2017
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order dated 14.07.2017 allowing I.A.No.2921 of 2013 in O.S.No.928 of 2012 on the file of V Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of District Courts, Ranga Reddy, the said suit itself came to be dismissed as not pressed by the Court below vide judgment dated 20.06.2018.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be heard on merits.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
