WRIT APPEAL No.420 OF 2019
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. Learned counsel for the appellant/Union (writ petitioner in
W.P.10467 of 2019) states that he does not wish to press the present
appeal on account of certain subsequent events namely floating of a
fresh tender by the respondent No.2/Hyderabad Metropolitan
Development Authority, which was challenged by the appellant/Union by filing W.P.No.14570 of 2019 wherein an interim order has been granted in its favour.
2. The present appeal is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
3. Registry is directed to list W.P.No.10467 of 2019 before the roster Bench on 04.06.2021 for appropriate orders in the light of the submission made by learned counsel for the appellant. Both parties shall appear before the learned Single Judge on the said date.
