CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 4083 of 2017
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order dated 26.04.2017 passed by the learned X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in I.A.No.460 of 2017 in I.A.No.5584 of 2007 in O.S.No.531 of 2007.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of Chief Judges Courts, Hyderabad, the said suit itself came to be partly decreed by the Court below vide judgment dated 31.03.2018.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be heard on merits.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
