CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 3031 of 2017
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order dated 29.10.2015 passed by the learned VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, dismissing I.A.No.32 of 2013 in O.S.No.58 of 2013, filed for grant of temporary injunction against the respondents.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of Sr. Civil Courts, Ranga Reddy, the said suit itself came to be dismissed for default, by the Court below vide judgment dated 18.02.2019.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be heard on merits.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
