Item No.47

THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HIMA KOHLI
                          AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY

           I.A.No.1 OF 2020 IN/AND W.A.No.506 OF 2020

JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1. The appellant has filed I.A.No.1 of 2020 seeking permission to

file the appeal against the judgment dated 04.08.2020 passed by a

learned Single Judge in W.P.No.6895 of 2020.

2. On perusing the impugned judgment, we are of the opinion that

the appellant is not entitled to any leave to appeal to assail the same,

as no orders have been passed against the appellant by the learned

Single Judge nor has the right of the appellant been compromised in

any way.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the appellant states that

instead of pressing the present application, he may be permitted to

withdraw the appeal itself and approach the respondent

No.9/Langdapur Village Gram Panchayat for appropriate relief.

4. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal and the interlocutory application are disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
