JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

Learned counsel for the appellant states that during the pendency of the appeal, the parties have arrived at a settlement, as recorded in the Lok Adalat Award dated 11.11.2020 in Lok Adalat Case No.237 of 2020. He states that the present appeal may be permitted to be withdrawn with liberty granted to the parties to approach the Family Court by filing a petition for grant of divorce by mutual consent.
2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
