1. A letter dated 31.03.2021 has been addressed by learned
counsel for the respondents No.4 and 5/writ petitioners to the
Registrar (Judicial) stating inter alia that the present appeal has been rendered infructuous for the reason that W.P.No.22910 of 2020 from which this appeal has arisen, was withdrawn by the respondents No.4 and 5/writ petitioners on 26.03.2021.
2. In view of the aforesaid letter, the present appeal is disposed of as infructuous along with the pending applications, if any.
