Learned counsel for both the parties submit that the dispute between the parties is settled out of the Court.
Recording the above submission, the Appeal is closed. The parties are at liberty to approach the trial Court seeking to record compromise in the Execution Proceedings or any other proceedings pending in the trial Court.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
