C.M.A. Nos. 1295 of 2018 and 22 of 2019 COMMON JUDGMENT:
It is represented by learned counsel for both the parties that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties and an Award has also been passed by the Lok Adalat.
In the light of the aforesaid submission, these Appeals are closed in terms of Award dated 20.02.2021 passed by the Lok Adalat.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
