JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.     Ms. Naseeb Afshan, learned counsel for the appellant states that

the appellant, who is a practicing Advocate at Nizamabad, has not

contacted her or the Legal Aid Committee to pursue the case on his

behalf.

2.     Ms. Neeraja Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents states

that she has also given written intimation of the next date of hearing directly to the appellant and forwarded a copy of today's cause list also to him. Proof of intimation has been filed in the Registry yesterday.

3. Despite the same, none is present on behalf of the appellant nor is the appellant present himself. It appears that he is not interested in prosecuting the present appeal, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution along with the pending applications, if any.
