AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR CMA.No.s 403 and 405 of 2020 COMMON JUDGMENT : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice M.S. Ramachandra Rao) These two matters had been referred to the High Court Legal Services Committee for settlement before the Lok Adalat and an Award has been passed on 20.02.2021 by the said Committee disposing of the appeals and directing the parties to approach the IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to record the terms of compromise and to pass preliminary decree in OS.No.109 of 2020 pending on its file.
2. In view of the same, both these appeals are disposed of directing the parties to appear before the IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, for recording of compromise and for passing of preliminary decree in the said suit. No order as to costs.
3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
