THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HIMA KOHLI
AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY
I.A.No.1 OF 2018 & I.A.No.1 OF 2019
IN/AND
F.C.A.No.114 OF 2014
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. On the last date of hearing, we had accommodated learned
counsel for the appellant, who had stated that the parties have arrived
at a settlement, but the other side has absented himself. Even today,
none is present on behalf of the respondent.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant states that the parties have arrived at a settlement in terms of an undated Joint Memo of Compromise filed along with I.A.No.1 of 2018.
3. Since it is the stand of learned counsel for the appellant that the parties have arrived at a settlement, the present appeal and the interlocutory applications are disposed of along with the pending applications, if any, with liberty granted to the parties to approach the Family Court for seeking divorce by mutual consent.
