JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. The present appeal is directed against an order dated 25.02.2021
passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing I.A.No.1 of 2021
moved by the appellant in W.P.No.15622 of 2020 whereby he had
sought vacation of an interim order passed on 16.09.2020.
2. After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for
the appellants seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal, while
reserving the right of his client to pursue the civil suit instituted by
him for declaration of title against the respondents No.1 and 2/writ
petitioners.
3. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
