Learned counsel for the appellants seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal, while reserving the right of his clients to take all the pleas as may be available to them both on facts and in law before the learned Single Judge in the pending writ petition that is listed on 07.06.2021.
2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
