CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos. 7168 of 2017 and 779 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER:
These Civil Revision Petitions are filed questioning the common order dated 14.09.2017 passed by the learned II Additional District Judge, Nalgonda at Suryapet in I.A.Nos.210 and 211 of 2017 in O.S.No.14 of 2011.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of II Additional District Judge, Suryapet, the said suit itself came to be decreed by the Court below vide judgment dated 04.12.2018.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in these Civil Revision Petitions.
Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the Revisions and on filing such Application, the matter would be heard on merits.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
