CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 7051 of 2017
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order dated 08.11.2017 dismissing I.A.No.897 of 2017 in I.A.No.675 of 2017 in O.S.No.1254 of 2017 on the file of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, the said suit itself came to be dismissed as not pressed by the Court below vide judgment dated 01.07.2018.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be heard on merits.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
