CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 6913 of 2017
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order dated 04.09.2017 allowing I.A.No.303 of 2016 in O.S.No.441 of 2016 on the file of III Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of District Judge, Ranga Reddy, the said suit itself came to be decreed by the Court below vide judgment dated 26.04.2019.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be heard on merits.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
